introPLAY LLC ("introPLAY", "we" or "us") takes your privacy seriously. Earning and maintaining your trust is important to us. The following Privacy Policy outlines the information introPLAY may collect and how we may use that information to better serve our visitors and members. If you register on the introPLAY website, create a profile, submit or post information, or enter any contests or promotions that we may offer, you agree to the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy. As we update and expand our services, this Privacy Policy may change, so you are encouraged to review it from time to time.

Information collection and use by introPLAY: introPLAY collects user submitted information such as name, e-mail address, and age to register users and to send notifications to those users relating to the introPLAY service. introPLAY also collects other profile data including but not limited to: gender, height, country and occupation in order to assist users in finding and communicating with each other.

introPLAY also collects data related to each members daily, exercise and activity information. This information is used in the introLEAGUE competitions for the purpose of calculating points scored, in introTEAM groups for the purpose of assessing progress towards set team goals and to provide each user with various analysis tools to better understand the data.

introPLAY also logs non-personally-identifiable information including IP address, profile information, aggregate user data, and browser type, from users and visitors to the our website. This data is used to manage the website, track usage and improve the our website services. This non-personally-identifiable information may be shared with third parties to provide more relevant services and advertisements to members. User IP addresses are recorded for security and monitoring purposes.

User profile information including members' pictures and first names are displayed to people in order to facilitate user interaction in the introPLAY social networking community. E-mail addresses are used for the purposes of inviting new members to join introPLAY, to add users to members' networks, and to send notifications related to the service. With the exception of inviting friends, adding friends, and notifications, a user's e-mail address is not shared or displayed to people within a user's personal network. Users within a personal network communicate on the website with each other through the introPLAY service, without disclosing their e-mail addresses. Users' full names are never directly revealed to other members.

Chat rooms, message boards, and public forums: Please keep in mind that whenever you voluntarily disclose personal information online - for example on message boards, through e-mail, or in chat areas - that information becomes public information for others to collect and for us to use. By posting personal information inline that is publicly accessible, you may receive unsolicited messages from other parties in return.

Invitations and other communications to non-members: introPLAY members can invite non-members to join the service by sending invitation e-mails via our automated invitation system. introPLAY stores the e-mail addresses that members provide so that the respondents may be added to any services that members had invited him/her to. introPLAY does not sell these e-mail addresses or use them to send any other communication besides invitations.

Cookies: A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's computer tied to information about the user. We use both session ID cookies and persistent cookies. For the session ID cookie, once users close the browser, the cookie simply terminates. A persistent cookie is a text file stored on the user's hard drive for an extended period of time. Persistent cookies can be removed by following Internet browser help file directions. Cookies are used to manage sessions on our site. Also, users may optionally use a cookie to remember their password in order to automatically log in to our site. We do not and will not use cookies to collect private information from any user which they did not intentionally submit to us.

Third Party Advertising: introPLAYs websites may contain links to third party web sites not associated with introPLAY. introPLAY is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of such sites. Members will need to review the policy statements of these sites to understand their privacy policies.

Security: Your introPLAY account is password-protected. The website takes every precaution to protect our members' information. We use industry standard measures to protect your information that is stored within our database. We limit the access to your information to those employees who need access to perform their job function such as our customer service personnel.

International Users: If you are visiting introPLAY from a location outside of the United States, your connection will be through and to servers located in the United States and all information you provide will be processed and maintained in our web servers and internal systems located within the United States. By using introPLAY, you authorize the export of personal information to the U.S. and its storage and use as specified above when you provide such information to us.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction: This policy and our legal obligations are subject to the laws of the State of New York and the United States of America, regardless of the location of any user. Any claims or complaints must be filed in the New York, New York.

Change of Ownership: In the event of a change in ownership, or a direct merger or acquisition with another entity, we reserve the right to transfer all of introPLAY's user information, including names, and email addresses, to a separate entity.

Changes in our Privacy Policy: If we change our Privacy Policy, we will post those changes on the website so our members are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.
